Reducing Light Pollution From Sea Turtle Nesting Beaches In Puerto Rico

Light pollution, as a result of urban development on the coast, represents one of the 5 biggest threats sea turtles face. During the last year, 75 properties in 15 coastal municipalities of Puerto Rico have joined the effort to reduce light pollution in the sea turtle nesting beaches. Although there is a lot to do, every property we add is an achievement we celebrate!
