Kim retired from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service as the Deputy Assistant Regional Director of the National Wildlife Refuge System in the Pacific Northwest Region. She served in that position from 2014 - 2020. Prior to that job, she had been in Headquarters, serving as the Chief of Wildlife Resources. Her career spanned almost 30 years and she worked in various other programs including Ecological Services and Migratory Bird Management. From Alaska to Washington, D.C. to Portland and Hawaii, Kim has a breadth of experience and knowledge of Service that will serve her well in the National Wildlife Refuge Association.
