Conservation Leader Lynn Scarlett Appointed Board Chair of National Wildlife Refuge Association

The National Wildlife Refuge Association is honored to announce the appointment of Lynn Scarlett as Chair of its Board of Directors. The decision was made during the Refuge Association’s June 2025 board meeting, held at Deer Flat National Wildlife Refuge in Nampa, Idaho.
